Cape Hatteras Senior Portraits, Hatteras Island Photographer

September 4, 2020 I photographed the Hagy family who live in Avon, North Carolina and are good friends of mine. Their son Noah is a senior at the Cape Hatteras Secondary School in Buxton and is a member of the CHSS Surf Club. It was only fitting to document his senior portraits at the old lighthouse beach. A beautiful evening as the sun set behind the dunes even a small wave, Noah caught a few at the end of our session.

Noah has started his senior year virtually due to COVID. His teachers offer a lot of support and are helping with his success while virtual learning. He’s looking forward to returning to school even if it’s on a hybrid schedule. Noah started working at Conner’s in May 2020 and really enjoys working with customers and his coworkers. Noah enjoys surfing and skating outside of work and school. After graduation, Noah would like to attend the College of the Albemarle to learn a trade. He’s interested in welding, electrical work, or HVAC.  Wishing Noah a wonderful rest of his senior year and hopefully a normal 2021 school year to commence his high school career! Scroll down for a few fun frames with Noah and his family.
