September 23, 2019 I swam with the Cape Hatteras Secondary School Surf Club while they caught a few fun ones. School is back in session after Hurricane Dorian postponed a successful start to the 2019-2020 school year, due to the intense damage and flooding the school withstood. Although some of the school is still under renovations and is not quite open.
Science teacher and surf club founder, Clayton Tiderman is back in the water for an after school surf session with middle and high schoolers. Unfortunately there was a soccer game the same day so more then half the club was missing from the session.
