Cape Hatteras Lighthouse · OBX Events

Cape Hatteras Lighthouse back lit by the full moon, April 21, 2016.

There was a weird cloud to the left of the lighthouse. It looked like a bird spreading it’s wings. I felt a full moon vibe while standing under it. I was the only one in the yard while shooting. I felt a presence though.

I love messing around with different lenses and camera combos with a tripod at night. You can really paint with light in all different ways. Most full moons seem to be windy. Last night was pretty calm. I spent some time just moving around the yard and behind the keepers house. You can take a ton of classes and watch a million youtube videos. For me using my camera daily is the best way to keep learning!
